Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world, all orders are sent 'signed-for' (recorded).
Can I return an item if not satisfied?
Yes, we are happy to accept returns if you are not happy for any reason as long as the item is in the same condition as when we sent it.
How quickly do you dispatch items?
We endeavour to get orders out within 5 working days, if there is a delay we will email you in advance.
What if my package goes missing?
All orders are sent 'signed-for' (recorded) which means they are insured and are trackable, in the unfortunate event of your order going missing we will refund you.

Yes, all our rings can be adjusted at any jeweller's shop at a very small expense.
